Vegetarian Restaurants in France

I've been to so many vegetarian restaurants in France that I decided to move them to their own page. This list includes vegetarian and vegan restaurants, as well as restaurants that are not entirely vegetarian but have a nice vegetarian selection.

Dijon
L'Entresol, la vie saine 27-29 rue Musette	Organic restaurant with some vegetarian dishes and a daily lunch menu, above a natural foods market.

Lyon
L'Alexandrin 83 rue Moncey	This one Michelin-starred restaurant offers a seasonal vegetarian menu for 60 euros that is worth every penny. Be sure to reserve ahead of time, and tell them that you're vegetarian, mentioning fish specifically (if applicable).
Soline 89, rue Paul Bert	Cafeteria-style organic vegetarian restaurant, with cheap and very tasty daily and weekly dishes. Lunch only, Monday to Friday.

Marseilles
Country Life 14 rue Venture	Fairly extensive and moderately-priced vegetarian buffet, above a nice organic grocery store.

Metz
Les Moulins Bleus 1-3 rue Fabert	Not strictly vegetarian, but this pizzeria/grill has plenty of delicious options.

Montpellier
Tripti Kulai 20 rue Jacques Cœur	Very peaceful and zen, excellent vegetarian restaurant with vegan options.

Nice
La Zucca Magica 4 bis, quai Papacino	Phenomenal. Fixed menu changes twice daily and is some of the best food I've ever eaten. The place is always packed, so reservations are essential.

Paris
Le Grenier de Notre Dame 18 rue de la Bûcherie	Nice little veggie restaurant in Paris (I ate there years ago and can't remember the specifics, but I do remember that I liked it).

Perpignan
Peace N' Love 40 rue de la Fusterie	Small, busy, 60s-themed vegetarian restaurant with somewhat short but cheap and delicious menu - try the baba ganouj!
Saveurs Nature 7 rue Paul Massot 04 68 52 07 81	Delicious, organic vegetarian menus but you have to plan ahead: reservations are required (by 10:30 am) for both lunch and dinner.

Strasbourg
Au Potiron 24 rue Ste Madeleine	Small, quiet vegetarian restaurant with wonderful pizza, pasta, and gratins.
Une Fleur des Champs 4 rue des Charpentiers	Excellent organic and vegetarian + fish restaurant and market.
Poêles de carottes 2, place des Meuniers	Terrific vegetarian restaurant with varied menu. Make reservations, even for lunch.

Toulouse
En vert et contre tout 40 rue des Filatiers	Excellent vegan and organic restaurant. Fixed-price menus include a variety of usual and unusual dishes.
La faim des haricots 3 rue des Puits verts	Very good vegetarian buffet.
Numéro C 3 place des Carmes	Somewhat limited menu, but delicious nonetheless.
