Vegan Vittles cookbook

Vegan Vittles

Cookbook chock-full of vegan alternatives to all kinds of dishes traditionally made with meat, dairy products, and eggs.
Vegan with a Vengeance cookbook

Vegan with a Vengeance

This the first vegan cookbook I ever bought, long before I'd even started thinking about giving up dairy and eggs. But there was just something about the title that drew me in, and the creative, delicious recipes that kept me there.
Veganize This cookbook

Veganize This!

No matter how long you've been vegan and how well you cook, there are probably still a few off-limits dishes that you remember fondly from childhood - or last year. If this sounds like you, and you're ready to try making vegan versions of meaty meals, Veganize This! is just the cookbook for you.
Veganomicon

Veganomicon

I love cookbooks, especially when they are more than just cookbooks. Veganomicon offers not only 250 vegan recipes, but also menus for different occasions, advice on essential cooking equipment, pantry staples, and basic cooking techniques.
Viva Vegan cookbook

Viva Vegan!

Having traveled extensively in Central America, I've spent a lot of time looking longingly at meat-filled pupusas, tamales, tacos, and empanadas, wishing there were vegetarian alternatives. Even refried beans are normally made with lard, so I've never eaten much traditional Latin American food. All that changed with Viva Vegan!
You Won't Believe It's Vegan cookbook

You Won’t Believe It’s Vegan!

The recipes in this book are pretty easy for the most part, so this is a great option for those new to cooking, especially vegan cooking. But I'm not a big fan of exclamatory cookbook titles, and in the case of You Won't Believe It's Vegan!, it's even a bit misleading.
