Some meals just aren’t complete without a table full of condiments, dressings, and other garnishes, so try these on for size.
Avocado blended with garlic and hemp oil makes an unusual and delicious salad dressing.
When you eat basil, don’t throw those leafless stems away – use them to make a delicious basil-infused oil that tastes like summer.
Caesar salad often comes with anchovies, which offer a salty, “oceany” flavor. This Caesar dressing uses arame (a type of seaweed) to offer a similar kind of flavor to vegetarians.
To caramelize onions, you need to cook them for a long time in a bit of oil. The hardest part of this recipe is waiting for them to finish!
Invented in the 1920′s in honor of William Archer’s eponymous play, green goddess dressing is brightly colored and delicious.
