Sweet, tart, and slightly crunchy, these apple burgers might sound weird, but they definitely taste good.

I’m not a big fan of carbonated beverages, but once in a while I do like ginger ale, especially when I have an upset stomach. Homemade ginger ale is easy to make and much more “gingery” than anything you can buy at the store.
This “lamb” curry is made with seitan (wheat gluten) and is spicy and delicious. It’s a good idea to prepare and measure out all of the ingredients ahead of time as they get added very quickly.
