Miso soup, or “miso shiru,” is a typical Japanese soup that comes in many varieties. This one is spiced up with pumpkin, onion, and optional curry powder.
Vegetables are full of vitamins, and drinking vegetable juice is a wonderful way to get a big dose of them. But there’s no need to rush out and buy V-8 juice when you can make your own. Pick and choose your veggies from the list below, but for maximum benefit, it’s best to include at least five different ones.
