Vegetarian recipes and info

Quinoa is faster, easier, and – in my opinion – tastier than rice. Give it a try!
Crunchy croquettes made from black-eyed peas and quinoa are packed with vegetarian protein.
Instead of simply boiling quinoa, take a few extra minutes to make “quinoasotto” – it’s a fluffier, tastier side dish.
Quinoa is quick and easy to prepare, and it adds a subtle but wonderful flavor to vegetables.
Serve these bell peppers stuffed with tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and couscous alongside a green salad for a simple, filling meal.
