Although time-consuming, this is an easy and very delicious recipe for mock beef bourguignon made with seitan, tempeh, or mock ground beef.

If you miss the taste of chopped liver, give this vegetarian pâté a try. You might even be able to fool your non-veggie friends.
I haven’t eaten sausage since the 80′s, so I honestly don’t know how much this vegetarian sausage tastes like the real thing. But I can tell you that it’s a delicious, protein-packed breakfast side dish.
