Here is a delicious vegan substitute for feta cheese.
|Time||1 hour (mostly to marinate)|
|Directions||Place everything but the tofu in the bowl and whisk together. Add tofu, stir, and let sit for at least an hour.|
|Notes||This is wonderful on top of Greek salad.
