Ingredients
- 1½ c fresh coconut
- ¾ c orange juice
- ¾ c agave syrup
- ¼ t salt
- 2 T coconut oil, melted
- 1 T soy lecithin powder (optional)
Directions
Blend coconut, orange, agave, and salt until perfectly smooth.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Chill for at least 2 hours or use in a Raw orange tart.
