Felafel Sandwich

The crunchy chick pea nuggets known as felafel make a delicious and healthy vegetarian meal.

Yield 1 sandwich
Time 2 minutes (if felafel is already cooked)

  • knife
Ingredients
Directions Cut the pita in half and coat the inside of each half with tahini sauce. Add felafel and your favorite fillings and eat hot.
