Moussaka is a Greek dish traditionally made with lamb or beef. This vegetarian /
vegan moussaka recipe uses portobello mushrooms and seitan instead. A rich and
delicious main course.

Vegetarianism in the Bible
I'm not a religious person, but that doesn't stop people from citing the Bible to justify eating meat to me. I did a little research and found some Bible quotations in support of a
