Diabetic Vegetarian
I am a border-line diabetic, I was a vegan for 10 years before having problems with my blood sugar, which turned me back to eating meat. I hate eating meat. I need high protein-low carb solutions. I have to eat very two hours and not exceed 1300 calories a day. Can someone help?
