Cole Slaw
Cole slaw, a perfect summer picnic salad, is traditionally made with mayonnaise.

Sources of Iron
I'm low in iron and I've heard that spinach has bound iron and so you can't get much into your system. I'm on iron pills but I'd like to eventually get off them and just depend on my diet. Any ideas for other iron-rich sources that aren't bound?
