Grilled Portobello Mushroom Sandwich
In terms of texture, portobello mushrooms are probably the closest
vegetarian alternative to steak. While you won't be able to fool meat
eaters with a grilled portobello mushroom sandwich, you might convince
them that a great meal doesn't necessarily have to include meat.

Any good recipes for kale?
Help! I really want to start eating more kale, but my mom made it the only way she knows - cooking it until
it's soft and less bitter - and it was SOOOO gross! Trying to eat that limp slimy kale was disgusting. Texture is actually just about as important as taste to me, because I can cover up taste with something.
Anyway...any ideas on how to prepare kale?
