Dear subscriber,
I thought about waiting until tomorrow to mail this, afraid that it might seem
insensitive to talk about food today. However, I believe that it is important
not to allow our lives to be taken over by suffering - we need to remember,
mourn, and fight for justice, but we also need to live our lives. In honor of
today, I hope to show my patriotism and support by choosing a recipe as American
as... well, you'll see.

Wrong With Eating Fish?
I've been planning to give up fish so I could become a total veggie, but eating fish is more ingrained in me then other types of meat.
The problem is as far as I know sea fish is all free range and I don't really know of any cruelty involved in catching sea fish. I find I need more
incentive to give up fish then just becoming a total veggie. What do you think?
