New Recipes
Since I'm currently vacationing in Spain, I thought it would be fun to share
a couple of traditional Spanish recipes. :-)
Spanish Tortilla
This potato omelette is a traditional Spanish tapa, or appetizer, but
it's equally good for breakfast or brunch.

Sangrķa
This traditional Spanish drink goes well with spicy foods, is delicious in
summer, and works well as a party punch bowl.

Virgin Sangrķa
Like the taste of Spanish sangrķa but not the alcohol? Try this non-alcoholic
version - kids will love it!

On the Forum Vegetarian = More highly evolved?
My husband and I are having an interesting discussion: does being vegetarian mean that one is more highly evolved? He believes it does, since meat is not a necessary part of the human diet and not eating meat means that one contributes to less pain and suffering in the world. (Ironically, although he believes this and strives to be a highly-evolved individual, he is not a vegetarian - and is well aware of the hypocrisy.) What are your thoughts on this?
