Summer Recipes
When it's hot out, you probably don't want to eat something hot, let
alone stand over the stove cooking it for an hour. Here are some
recipes that require a minimum of cooking and allow maximum enjoyment

Occasionally, propaganda pieces appear in the Media about "vegan" parents who starve their children or leave them malnourished. There are crackpots who feed their children ridiculously inadequate diets. One small child was fed nuts, fruits, and cod liver oil (which isn't vegan anyway) and was malnourished.
In fact, vegan children are healthier than other children when they are fed balanced vegan
diets...
