and Jewish cooking.

Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Looking for a tasty alternative to regular mashed potatoes? Try mashed sweet
potatoes (aka yams).

vs Quality
A friend of mine told me never to peel tomatoes and potatoes because of all of
the vitamins found in the skin, but I find that sauces are more velvety and
mashed potatoes more fluffy without the skin. What do you think? When you cook,
are you more concerned about the nutritional value of the food, or the quality
of its taste, texture, and appearance?
