Vegetarian Pregnancy
I just found out that I'm pregnant, and I'd love advice or input from anyone who's been through this as a vegetarian. My vegan friend ate fish during her pregnancy - she said the gassiness you can get from eating too many beans can be bad for the baby. But I've read some concerning things about heavy metals in fish. Any advice?
