New Recipes
Tomato Sauces
With the end of summer drawing near, I'm tempted to make a batch or two of
tomato sauce and freeze it, so that I can enjoy it even when tomatoes are out of
season. In case you feel the same way, here are two new recipes, as well as an
explanation of why and how to peel and seed tomatoes.

You may notice that my list of "Sections" (on the left side of every
page) has just gotten a lot shorter. I removed the links to all of the different
types of recipes (appetizer, main course, breakfast, soup, salad, etc.) and
instead put in a link to this page, which is simply an index to all of the
different types. Hopefully this will make it easier to find whichever recipes
you are interested in.
