Soy Milk
Making your own soy milk takes a little time, but it's very easy, it will last
for a week in the refrigerator, and you don't need to worry about any additives.

Eating at non-veggie restaurants
Where I live in central Florida there are no vegetarian restaurants. Even the 7th Day Adventist Florida Hospital has started serving meat! When eating out, how can a vegetarian know that the "big fat yeast rolls" don't have "vitamin a palmitate" or "stearoyls" in them? Can a vegetarian (of any degree) ever truly eat at a restaurant safely?
