Dips
Dips are so versatile. You can keep one in the fridge for an easy snack,
offer a couple at a drinks party, or serve half a dozen different ones for an
informal, interesting dinner. Take a look at these recipes for Baba Ganouj,

This site includes both vegan and ova-lacto recipes. Although most of the
latter can be made vegan by using substitutions for dairy products and eggs, this is not always
desirable. I have compiled here the recipes which are vegan either as they stand
or by leaving out optional ingredients.
