Stuffed Grape Leaves (Dolmades)
When I think of Greek food, dolmades is one of the first thing that comes to
mind, followed by the fact that these grape leaves are stuffed with meat.
Fortunately, a vegetarian versionn of stuffed grape leaves is easy and tasty.

Greek Recipes
I love Greek food, but not all of it is safe for vegetarians "as is."
Here is a collection of original and adapted vegetarian Greek recipes.

Invisible animal ingredients
Do you consider invisible animal derived ingredients like mono & diglycerides, glycerin, palmitate, polysorbate 80, to be meat? I mean, as a vegetarian, would you eat them even if they were derived from animal bodies (as opposed to milk or egg)? I'm just wondering if I'm the only one going crazy trying to avoid them.
