Italian-Style Baked Onions
This is a very simple alternative to carmelized onions - it takes longer than carmelizing onions on the stovetop, but requires almost no work at all.

Picky Vegetarian
I've just decided to become a vegetarian, and no worries I have done the research and stuff, and my boyfriend is already a vegetarian. The only problem is that he is a picky eater, and I'm having problems trying to find yummy recipies that we would both like. Any suggestions?
