New Recipes
Omelette
Omelettes (or omelets) are quick, easy, and very
versatile. They're great at any time of the day, especially breakfast or brunch.
Following these instructions to the letter will leave you with a very light,
fluffy omelette that will melt in your mouth.

Refried Beans
This vegetarian version of refried pinto beans is tastier and healthier than
traditional ones, which are cooked in lard. Refried black beans are yummy too!

Tomato Salsa/Pico de Gallo
This spicy tomato
sauce is ubiquitous in Mexican restaurants. Serve it with anything that needs a bit of
zing.

On the Forum Living

Are the people you live with (parents, siblings, significant other, kids, roommates) vegetarian too? If not, how do you deal with eating?
