New Recipes and Features

Breads + Grains
This is a pretty open category of recipes; it includes things like granola, tortillas, and croutons. It also holds both of this week's new recipes: Apricot-Nut Bread and Sweet Potato Muffins. Enjoy!

From the Forum

I am an herbivore!
I do NOT think of myself as a vegetarian, which is a human that decides to eliminate meat from his/her diet. We herbivores just give our bodies what they need to survive. Our bodies are not designed to process meat. We have very long intestines, the teeth of herbivores, inability to capture animals (without our brain), and the revulsion of eating raw meat. So, to me, meat-eating humans are the people that are changing their *natural* diet. I think there should be a word for a human that makes the decision to ADD meat to his diet: any suggestions? Meatarian maybe? Please read the entire post and respond on the forum:
