New Recipes

Noodles and Cheese
I don't know where this recipe comes from or if there's a nicer name for it; all I know is that my mother used to make it when I was a kid and it only has 5 ingredients. The buttery, almost smoky onion flavor and the melty cottage cheese are absolutely delicious!

Tomato Soup
This ultra simple soup can be eaten hot or cold and is the perfect way to enjoy summer tomatoes. Don't let the cooking time scare you - this tomato soup practically cooks itself.

Eating Out
Do you eat out less now that you're a vegetarian? If so, is it because it's too difficult to find something on the menu that you can enjoy, or because you're worried about the hidden ingredients, or ... ?
