Veggie - Eating a variety of food
My daughter became a vegetarian about 2 months ago and is starting to realize that she needs to do
more in terms of finding a variety of food to eat. The days that we have tracked her food, we find that she's eating about 75-80% carb, +-12% protein, +-10% fat, which, IMHO, is too many carbs and definitely not enough fat; a bit more protein would be nice too.
