Healthy Vegetarian Cookbooks
I'm looking for some healthy vegetarian cookbooks. I have Vegetarian Planet, but I wouldn't say a lot of the recipes are healthy.
We recently found out my husband is diabetic at 36, so I really want to make as many healthy things for his benefit as well as the whole family.
Any suggestions?
