A deliciously smooth, raw soup.

Ingredients
- 1 c walnuts
- 2 c water
- ½ c olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 t salt
- ½ t pepper
- 2 avocados, diced
- 2 T fresh dill, chopped
Directions
Place walnuts in blender and grind to powder. Add water, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper and blend until smooth.
Pour into four bowls and top with avocado and dill.
