Recipe: Peanut Butter Smoothie
A blend of peanut butter and banana makes an excellent smoothie.

| Ingredients |
- 1 c soy milk + 3-4 ice cubes
OR
10-12 soy milk ice cubes*
- 2-4 T smooth peanut butter
- 1 T honey or sugar
- 1 ripe banana, fresh or frozen

| Directions |
Blend milk/cubes until ground up, add peanut butter, sweetener,
banana, and any desired additions (e.g., protein powder). Blend until
smooth. |
| Notes |
*You can freeze soy milk in an ice cube tray. I typically use plain
soy milk, but you could try flavored varieties as well.
