|Ingredients|| ½ c raw cashews, pine nuts, or macadamia nuts (optional)
4 cups of one or more raw, trimmed vegetables, cut into chunks:
½ t salt
|Directions||Pulse the cashews until roughly chopped.
Add the vegetables and salt and pulse until it’s in small pieces, like rice.
|Notes||Try adding 1-2 t of spices, such as curry, garlic powder, dehydrated onion, or cayenne pepper.|
