|Use chickpea sprouts in place of boiled chickpeas to make raw hummus. It tastes quite a bit different than regular hummus, but it’s just delicious in its own way.|
|Yield||about 1½ cups|
|Directions||Blend until the hummus is as chunky or as smooth as you like it.
Garnish suggestions: parsley, paprika, cumin, olive oil…
