Raw Lemon Curd
A creamy, sweet-tart custard that you can eat with a spoon or in a lemon tart.
|Time||5 minutes, plus time to chill|
|Directions||Blend coconut, lemon, agave, salt, and turmeric until perfectly smooth.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Chill for at least 2 hours or use in a raw lemon tart.
