Directions | De-stem the portobello mushroom, then slice it in half lengthwise.
Brush each slice with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange the mushroom slices on the grill or skillet and cook until brown, about 5 minutes on each side. Assemble the sandwiches with your favorite fillings and serve! |
