Raw Marinara Sauce
|Red bell pepper blended with sun-dried tomatoes makes a slightly spicy, raw sauce.|
|Yield||about 1 cup|
|Directions||Place everything in the blender or food processor and blend for a minute or two. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of water.
Serve over raw noodles or use in raw lasagna.
|Notes||*For a smooth sauce, use a blender. If you like your sauce a little chunky, use a food processor.
