Garlic Walnut Soup

A deliciously smooth, raw soup.

Yield 4 servings
Time 5 minutes
  • food processor
  • 1 c walnuts
  • ½ c olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ t pepper
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 c water
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 2 T fresh dill, chopped
Directions Place walnuts in blender and grind to powder. Add oil, garlic, pepper, salt, and water and blend until smooth.

Pour into four bowls and top with avocado and dill.
