Invented in the 1920’s in honor of William Archer’s eponymous play, green goddess dressing is brightly colored and delicious.
|Directions||Chop herbs in the food processor, add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings, then transfer to container and refrigerate.|
|Notes||*The traditional green goddess recipe calls for sour cream, which makes a thicker, richer dressing.
Green goddess dressing is great as a dip, too.
