Sherry Sauce

The perfect accompaniment to mock crab cakes and stir fry.

Yield 1 c
Time 5 minutes
  • bowl
  • whisk
  • ¾ c mayonnaise or tofu mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1½ T lemon juice
  • 1 t sherry vinegar
  • 1/8 t hot pepper sauce
  • ½ t salt
  • 2 T olive oil
  • ½ c amazake or non-dairy milk
Directions Whisk the ingredients together and serve or store for later.
