(noun) Aquafaba is the viscous liquid created by cooking beans in water. It makes a great vegan replacement for eggs, especially egg whites.
You can find aquafaba by simply opening up a can of chickpeas, or make your own by soaking and cooking chickpeas. Just make sure that there’s an inch or so of water above the top as you’re cooking them.
