- wooden spoon
- 2 shallow bowls
Ingredients
- 1½ c seitan broth gravy
- 4 oz seitan, diced
- 1½ c mashed potatoes or roasted potatoes
Directions
Heat the gravy and seitan over medium heat until just starting to simmer.
Place the potatoes in the bowls, then ladle the seitan and gravy over the top.
Serve hot.
Notes
