Peanut Butter Smoothie
A blend of peanut butter and banana makes an excellent smoothie.
|Directions||Blend milk/cubes until ground up, add peanut butter, sweetener, banana, and any desired additions (e.g., protein powder). Blend until smooth.|
|Notes||*You can freeze soy milk in an ice cube tray.
I typically use plain soy milk, but you could try flavored varieties as well.
