Deviled Tofu

This delicious, low-carb deviled tofu can be spread on celery or bread, or served atop a green salad. Deviled tofu
Yield 4 servings
Time 5 minutes
  • bowl
  • wooden spoon
  • ½ pound tofu, pressed or squeezed, then crumbled
  • 2 scallions or ¼ c red onion, chopped
  • 2-3 T mayonnaise*
  • 2 t Dijon mustard
  • 1 t capers
  • 2 t sweet relish
  • ½ t curry powder
  • salt
  • pepper
Directions Mix everything together and serve.
Notes * The low carb recipe calls for just 4 t of soy mayonnaise, but I think it’s nicer with a bit more.
