Taco Walnut Meat

Walnuts ground up with spices make a delicious, raw filling for tacos.
Yield 1 cup
Time 5 minutes
  • food processor
  • 1 c walnuts
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 T ground cumin
  • 2 t ground coriander
  • 1 t liquid aminos or tamari
  • salt
Directions Place the walnuts in the food processor and grind into small pieces.

Add remaining ingredients and pulse to combine.

Use for tacos, or sprinkle on top of soup or salad for extra flavor and protein.
