Peach Salsa

A blend of sweet, sour, and spicy makes this peach salsa an unusual and delicious summertime condiment.

Yield 4 cups
Time 30 minutes
  • large bowl
  • wooden spoon
  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 T cilantro, chopped
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • ½ to 1 fresh chile, seeded and minced OR ¼ t cayenne pepper
  • ¼ t salt
  • black pepper
Directions Combine all the ingredients, and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
