Sweet and savory plantain balls.

Ingredients
- oil
- 1 very ripe plantain
- 2 T vegan ham, chopped
- ½ t cinnamon
- dash cayenne
- ¼ c breadcrumbs
- 1 T nutritional yeast
- ¼ t salt
- paprika
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Oil the cookie sheet.
Mash the plantain in the bowl, then stir in ham, cinnamon, and cayenne.
Combine remaining ingredients in the shallow bowl.
Take a heaping spoonful of the plantain mixture and roll into a walnut-sized ball. Roll in breadcrumbs to coat and place on cookie sheet. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
Bake 10 minute, turn, and continue baking until golden brown, another 10-15 minutes.
