Directions | Place popcorn in blender and grind for 1-2 minutes.
Sift this powder through the colander. Transfer whatever gets sifted out back into the blender. For corn flour, grind an extra minute and sift through a fine colander. |

You can make cornmeal in Vitamix’s regular 64-ounce container, but if you have the dry container, it will work just a bit better. Use this same technique for making speciality flours like chickpea flour. |
