Directions | Split the bread in half lengthwise and drizzle each piece with olive oil. Cut the garlic in half and rub the cut edge on the bread.
Pat dry the mozzarella, slice, and arrange on bread, then season with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and basil or pesto, top with bread, and serve, or wrap up to take on your picnic. |
