Quick and easy golden gravy decorated with green onions.

Ingredients
- ½ c vegetable broth
- ½ c milk
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 T flour
- 1 T nutritional yeast
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- ¼-½ t Dijon mustard
- salt
- pepper
Directions
Combine everything in the pan (start with ¼ t salt) and whisk together over high heat.
As soon as it’s about to boil, lower heat and simmer, whisking constantly, for a minute or two, until thick.
Taste and add more salt if needed.
