Swiss Chard with Sesame Seeds
This simple swiss chard salad recipe, native to both Japan and Korea, is both
nutritious and delicious.

Vegetarian Asian Recipes
Tofu, originally from China, and tempeh, originally from Indonesia, are very
common in Asian cuisine. In addition, meat other than fish is relatively
uncommon, so there are all kinds of vegetarian recipes in Asian cuisine.

Storing dough
In many recipes, it says to store dough in plastic wrap for freezing. Does that
mean the ziplock? How can I store my pizza dough? Will it stay fresh if I wrap
it in an aluminium foil and put it in a ziplock and freeze it?
